Catching Up my Lost Time

It has been a damn long week. Meetings after meetings. Meet until I don't even have time to update ZoZo's condition. Was flooded with email but just gota clear and clear...so much shit to clean up as well... #$%^&*(.....was so tight up with work until no time to order his cake, food, etc etc for the upcoming bash...

Fortunately it's a PH, has sometime to catch up for my beatuy sleep and errands for the party. Or bak kak liao leh....still dun sleep....really more and more like panda liao....ZoZo's rashes all breakout on his body and his little tiny face. All red red patchy patchy de....see le oso sim tia. Duno whether he will feel the itch or not. It's his FIRST time applying talcum powder. Applied the Johnson baby powder for him, hoping he won't feel so itchy and irritable loh.

He's tends to be abit more "teh" and will just whine abit if he doesn't gets what he wants. And even more attach to mum. Never mind, see you still not feeling well, spare you for this couple of weeks first, wait till you fully recover....hiak..hiak...your crazy mum may start to snap at you again le....

Anyway, the doctor has already told us that we will see more rashes the next few days, hence, don't get to alarm. Actually Nicole and Lynn has already warmed and advise me before when ZoZo was having fever. Experience mums are the BEST. They know more and get advise from them is as good as getting from the doctors. THANKS BUDDY!!!

Well, since everyone is at home helping to look after ZoZo, DarDar and me quickly take the opportunity to go run errands. Finally we, or rather me has made the decision to order the cake from Pine Garden. Aiya...not much time to go ponder for wat Patissier liao lah...since PG's cakes quality are GOOD. Just love the design!!! It's blends in well with the so call theme lah...shan't disclose too much here...until the day I update the next post and see ba...

After ordering the cake, since Botak Jones has a stall round the corner, we went over to try the Fish&Chips. GOOD....the food is good, the sauce, the coleslaw, the fries, just that the fish is alittle too small and thin....if not it's perfect! Since heard so much of the Botak Jones...so much try try lah....anyway this stall don't have to wait for 45mins like the one at Clementi.

We proceed to Motherhood BabyFair at Expo. Nothing much lah, walk 1 round, guess it's better for moms 2B. Not for me though. Last year's one was more interesting to me as I was a mom 2B mah...lol..anyway nothing much will also spend $$$...haiya....subcribe the motherhood magazine (actually becos of the freebies...ha...typical sgporean) and bought another pair of shoes for ZoZo...haha....it's from Combi not bad lah the quality that why buy again loh. Called Mini to give us ZoZo's feet measurement, she told us 11.5cm. So we bot the 12.5 size shoes. Who know's when reach home let him try, must squeeze in then fit....den i measure his feet again....walao it's almost 12.5cm leh....duno how dat kakak measure wan..so we drove back to expo and change it to 13.5 wan loh....

Before we get home again, I was thinking of going to Tampines St21 there and get some goodies for the kids goodie bag (since will drive pass) so just swing over and go get a quick browse. Bot a set of flashcards for him and 2 books with chinese characters (1 different country flag, 1 fruits and vegetables) so that he can start picking up his chinese (haha...kiasu)...in the end still didn't manage to get any goodies for the kids.

When we were on our way to the car, we stopped by and listen to one of those setup stalls thingy whereby an old man was providing advise on fengshui and how to improve your luck for this year...blah blah blah.....haiz...guess we are really damn stupid and duno is it kena possess or wat lah....so we listened to him....The way he put across initially was really like not trying to make $$$ from the listening audience, but to share his knowledge and so call secrets to us so that everyone's luck will be better and even he himself we be good if he were to share.

Well, since our luck especially my DarDar's one has been damn suay so we just stayed on and listen to see how we can help improve loh. Initially he only asked to exchange a 2 dollar note for a lucky charm (another $2 has already inserted in the lucky charm). The logic is to use our own $$ to exchange for the luck for oursevles. Ok...so still not trying to earn $$$ from us rite...so we did the exchange. Then later....he said in the pouch will have 2 powerful things to improve our luck, 1 is the lucky charm, the other is actually a carved gold plated pendant of a GOD. But it's $30 each. He said until the pendant was so powerful, so most of the listening audience (including us) bought 1 each..........den after that he will chant for us for protection. Haiz.....anyway...we did everything lah....he even taught us where to place the pouch for 7 days etc, then after dat take out the charm and place in our wallets...blah blah blah....of cos we followed....(it's still hanging out there cos the 7 days still not up for us to the the charm out)...

Then he directed us to one of his Shifu diciples to enlighten us more on our luck....after the "enlightenment" he asked if we want even better luck but have to pay $198. SIAO!!!! Finally we are awake and did not adhere to what he asked for. Anyway he said was an option only ma....no obligation wan wat.....So we just continue to listen and quickly went home as it was getting late!! Well, for $60, suan le lah, just take it as a lesson learnt and seriously still hope it can help improve my DarDar's luck as well as for the family too.

When we went home, after our late dinner at almost 11pm, I took a quick shower and sat down to clear my emails. Suddenly volcano erupted between myself , DarDar an mum. Aiya over trivial matters only lah....about accompany ZoZo to bed...well...had a BIG quarrell ...this is how good the lucky charm helps the first nite....
